Testing and Reconditioning of PD Injectors (Pumpe Düse)
🔧 Professional Testing

We perform detailed testing of PD injectors (Pumpe Düse) using modern testing equipment.
Each injector is evaluated for proper operation, tightness, and fuel delivery.

Testing price: CZK 500 excl. VAT / piece

After the test is completed, you will receive a report and photo documentation of any damage by e-mail.

♻️ PD Injector Reconditioning

If a fault is detected, we offer complete injector reconditioning, including all necessary parts.
Each reconditioned injector is tested again after completion to verify proper operation.

Reconditioning price: CZK 4,500 excl. VAT / piece

The reconditioning includes new sealing rubber rings and heat shields.

Upon request, we also supply reinforced rubber rings – suitable for more worn (deformed) injector bores in engine heads.

🚚 Shipping Throughout the Czech Republic

We collect parts intended for testing or reconditioning by courier service throughout the Czech Republic.
You only need to create a simple order – we will take care of the rest.

If you create the order by 5:00 PM, we will collect it from you the following day!

Please hand over the injector(s) to the courier in suitable packaging for a postal parcel shipment. Please ensure that the shipment is properly packed so that it is not damaged during transport. You do not need to fill in the recipient’s address, as the courier will label it with their own shipping label.

You will be informed of the approximate courier arrival time by e-mail.

The injector(s) will be delivered back to the specified address by courier after reconditioning.
