We perform precise testing of Common Rail system injectors using modern test benches.
Each injector is evaluated for tightness, fuel delivery, leakage, and the correct injection characteristics.

Testing price: CZK 500 excl. VAT / piece

After the test is completed, you will receive a report and photo documentation of any damage by e-mail.

♻️ Reconditioning of Common Rail Injectors

If a fault is detected, we offer complete injector reconditioning, including the replacement of all necessary parts and subsequent functionality testing.

Injectors after reconditioning are fitted with new sealing rubber rings and protective caps.

Each injector after reconditioning receives a measurement report, including new calibration codes (IMA/ISA) for entry into the engine control unit.
⚙️ Recommendation for Proper Diagnostics

With every test or reconditioning, we recommend sending the rail for inspection for the presence of metal particles. You will also receive images from the microscopic test by e-mail.

These impurities may originate from the high-pressure pump or the electric supply pump and are a frequent cause of repeated injector failures.

If you create the order by 5:00 PM, we will collect it from you the following day!

Please hand over the injector(s) to the courier in suitable packaging for a postal parcel shipment. Please ensure that the shipment is properly packed so that it is not damaged during transport. You do not need to fill in the recipient’s address, as the courier will label it with their own shipping label.

You will be informed of the approximate courier arrival time by e-mail.

The injector(s) after reconditioning will be delivered back to the specified address by courier.
